Terms and Conditions

Please note the following Pollymoor Holidays standard terms to which your booking and stay are subject.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE

Terms are up to four/five people. (The fifth person to be agreed at time of booking at the discretion of Pollymoor Holidays).

BOOKING PROCEEDURE

To agree a provisional booking please e-mail or telephone us to check availability. Once we have taken your provisional booking we will hold your dates for 7 days by which time we expect to receive a deposit cheque to confirm the booking.

Deposit cheques are to be made out to Mrs J. Luxon and should be half the total holiday rent.

Once received we will send you a receipt and directions to Pollymoor. Balance to be paid before or at the latest on your day of arrival. No cheques accepted on day of arrival. We do not have Visa facilities.

OCCUPATION

No earlier than 1pm or later than 3pm. You may leave your luggage in the garage from 10am.

DEPARTURE

Premises must be vacated no later than 10.00 am on Saturday. On departure we ask that you leave Pollymoor as you found it on arrival clean and tidy. Any breakages must be reported and paid for or replaced.

BEHAVIOUR

We reserve the right to ask anyone exhibiting excessive unruly behaviour or to be a persistent nuisance to leave the house with no refunds being made.

 MATTRESSES PROTECTORS FOR CHILDREN

Please use the mattress covers provided for the children's beds.

LINEN

All bed linen provided, however all towels are required.

ELECTRICITY

Lounge fire, water heater, lights and all cooking facilities are controlled by a one pound slot meter that you will be responsible for. The meter is set at a fair tarrif.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are non refundable in case of cancellation if the subsequent vacancy is not filled. So please notify us of any problems in good time. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND

A good housekeeping bond of £100 (payable by cheque) is requested upon arrival and provided there is no damage to the property will be refunded.

FAMILIES AND COUPLES ONLY

No all male or female parties – families and couples only (must be over 21 years old).
